How do I invite people to collaborate on an album?

Share the QR code or album link. Anyone who opens it can join and start uploading instantly, no account required for ProAlbums. Find both under Album Settings on web, or the Share button on mobile.

Can guests upload media without an account?

Yes — on ProAlbum plans. When you enable guest access, anyone with the album link can contribute photos directly from their camera roll without creating a Playlog account. Guest uploads are labeled so the album owner can identify them.

How many collaborators can an album have?

Free albums support up to 3 collaborators. ProAlbums and Enterprise plans support unlimited collaborators — There is no limit on the number of guests who can view or upload via a shared link.

Can I control who can access and contribute to my album?

Yes. Album owners can set permissions for public or private, turn on contributor approval so new members need to be approved before joining, and on paid plans, toggle guest access on or off to control whether people can join without an account.
